Influenced by the vibrant dining culture of the Mediterranean and celebrating Tasmania’s rich array of local ingredients our multi-course Feed Me menu offers a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience.

Start your evening with shared plates reflecting the current season. Then, select your main course, featuring a prominent Tasmanian ingredient, accompanied by thoughtfully paired side dishes.

For those seeking a little extra indulgence, supplementary dishes highlighting our local suppliers are available and change throughout the week. For those with a sweet tooth, our Summer 24′ dessert menu offers petite fours, decadent, boozy tiramisu, and all things in between. Pair with an East Coast dessert wine for the perfect nightcap.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 6pm. Bookings are essential. Open to visitors and guests of the retreat.

Spend your afternoons enjoying our long lunch by the bay. Choose from the finest local oysters, Moo Brew beer-steamed mussels, Fritto Misto, house made flatbreads and hummus or let our Chef decide with our Feed Me menu option.

Our seasonal lunch menu is served daily from 12.30pm onwards. Open to visitors and guests of the retreat.

Exclusive Bookings

The Homestead is available for exclusive bookings for up to 40 guests all year round. Chef Calvin King and restaurant manager Carla De Angelis collaborate to craft a bespoke dining experience tailored to your special occasion. Naturally, we showcase locally sourced produce and ingredients, and our curated drinks selection features a variety of Tasmanian wines, gins, whiskies, and beers.

Easter Sunday Long Lunch

Join us at Homestead Restaurant on Easter Sunday for a family-friendly Easter lunch. Enjoy a variety of share-style courses served throughout the day while taking in the picturesque views of Great Oyster Bay.

Beginning with an array of delicious housemade bread and dips, followed by locally sourced seafood, succulent chargrilled meats, fresh side dishes, and seasonal sweets to finish.

  • Pricing for this special occasion is set at $180 per adult and $90 per child.
  • Arrive by 12:30pm for a seated meal starting promptly at 1:00pm.
