We work together with neighbouring farmers, local fishers, and Tasmanian winemakers to bring you a constantly evolving, seasonally inspired menu that showcases the region’s diversity of flavours.

Influenced by the vibrant dining culture of the Mediterranean and celebrating Tasmania’s rich array of local ingredients our multi-course Feed Me menu offers a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience.

Start your evening at the Homestead Restaurant with shared plates reflecting the current season. Then, select your main course, featuring a prominent Tasmanian ingredient, accompanied by thoughtfully paired side dishes.

For those seeking a little extra indulgence, supplementary dishes highlighting our local suppliers are available and change throughout the week. For those with a sweet tooth, our Winter 24′ dessert menu offers petite fours, decadent, boozy tiramisu, and all things in between. Pair with an East Coast dessert wine for the perfect nightcap.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 6pm. Bookings are essential. Open to visitors and guests of the retreat.

Enjoy a long lunch experience at Homestead Restaurant, taking in the breathtaking views of Great Oyster Bay.

We source only the best produce from our local producers to craft a winter menu that highlights the season’s best flavors. Enjoy the finest local Pacific oysters, Market Fish, spiced Cauliflower, house-made flatbreads and hummus or let our Chef decide with the Feed Me menu option.

Our seasonal lunch menu is served daily from 12.30PM to 4.30PM. Bookings are encouraged. Walks in welcome.

Exclusive Hire Bookings

The Homestead Restaurant is available for exclusive hire bookings for up to 50 guests all year round. Chef Calvin King and restaurant manager Carla De Angelis collaborate to craft a bespoke dining experience tailored to your special occasion. Naturally, we showcase locally sourced produce and ingredients, and our curated drinks selection features a variety of Tasmanian wines, gins, whiskies, and beers.

We offer hire periods for either a half day or a full day, with minimum spend requirements. Our team will work with you to create a memorable event, and booking with us grants access to a curated list of suppliers.
