Start with an immersive tour of Tasman Sea Salt’s innovative clean energy saltworks, where the magic of nature combines with cutting edge technology to harvest their pure Tasmanian sea salt flakes. Meet the masterminds behind the business and learn about their unique production process, the only one of its kind in the world.

Next, whet your appetite with sea salt tastings – enjoy a selection of small bites of local produce paired with Tasman Sea Salt’s range of salts, perfectly matched with a handpicked selection of Mayfield Estate wines.

The journey continues with a short drive to the Homestead Restaurant at Piermont, where a long lunch awaits. Piermont’s Chef incorporates the incredible flavours of Tasman Sea Salt’s Wakame Seaweed, Pepper Berry, Natural, and Smoked salts into each course, showcasing the diverse and unique tastes of this humble mineral.

Bookings are available at 11 am on Mondays and Thursdays and are designed for 2 – 6 people for $160pp.

The entire experience lasts approx 3 hours. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive your itinerary and route instructions via email.
