Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and room bookings are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift vouchers are to be presented upon arrival and will be retained by Piermont Retreat.

Any additional requirements will be charged to the guest’s account and must be settled prior to their departure. Guests are required to contact Piermont Retreat directly to redeem gift vouchers.

Accommodation Bookings

When making a reservation at Piermont Retreat, you acknowledge and accept our booking policy which includes the cancellation and refund terms. Upon booking, a one (1) night deposit will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking, with the remaining balance charged to the same credit card fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

Bookings made over the Christmas and Easter period, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged to the same credit card fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email unless cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival. In that case, requests can be made through the ‘View your booking online’ link in your email confirmation.

More than 14 days before arrival Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations will receive a refund of the deposit. For rescheduled bookings, the deposit will be transferred to the new dates, subject to availability and any difference in accommodation rates.

Within 14 days of arrival Cancellations and rescheduling requests made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Christmas, New Year & Easter For stays between 22 December and 3 January, and over the Easter long weekend, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are subject to us being able to resell the accommodation.

Survey Prize Draw

Complete a Departure Survey through the link provided in your email and your name will be entered into the random prize draw to win:

  • The prize must be claimed within 48 hours of notification.

Spa Appointments

Bookings can be made online or via email seaviewspa@piermont.com.au. To secure your reservation, valid credit card details are required at the time of booking. No deposit is required.

Cancellations 

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your treatment time may be changed or cancelled without charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment value.

Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or failure to arrive for your appointment will incur the full treatment fee.

As treatment times are reserved especially for you, late cancellations often leave insufficient time for us to offer the appointment to another guest.

If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
