Embark on a winter escape every Saturday night throughout the Off Season at Piermont. After the success of 2023, we are bringing back our Winters Bounty dinner inspired by Tasmania’s rugged coastlines and abundant local flavours that showcase the best of the earth, sea and fire.

Celebrate Tasmanian local produce, with freshly shucked oysters, fire-roasted proteins like Cape Grim Wagyu or Lamb of Tas Lamb Shoulder, hearty seasonal vegetables, and warm winter desserts. To finish, enjoy mulled cider, dance by the fireplace, and stroll along the moonlit beach.

  • Join us for a welcome drink at 6 pm, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm.
  • For those embracing a sober lifestyle, you will be looked after with a thoughtful selection of housemade beverages.
  • Every Saturday night from 25th May to 3rd August.
  • Bookings are essential as spots are limited.
