Enjoy a long lunch experience at Homestead Restaurant, taking in the breathtaking views of Great Oyster Bay.
We source only the best produce from our local producers to craft evolving menus that highlight the season’s best flavours. Enjoy the finest local Pacific oysters, Market Fish, house-made flatbreads and hummus or let our Chef decide with the Feed Me menu option.
Open for lunch from 12:30pm – 3:00pm everyday. Bookings are encouraged.
NYE Cocktail Party 31 December 2025
Spend your New Years Eve on the East Coast at Homestead Restaurant. Begin with a welcome drink as the sun sinks behind Great Oyster Bay, then graze through charcuterie and cheese boards, freshly shucked oysters, roaming canapés and an ever-flowing selection of late-night snacks, all included within your ticket.
Enjoy a live acoustic set from the incredible XO Sounds Duo from 7pm, before they switch gears and take to the DJ decks later in the evening. Laura and Jordan from XO Sounds are Tasmania’s most in-demand acoustic duo, bringing the perfect blend of warmth and energy to Piermont’s New Year’s Eve.
Drinks are available from the Homestead bar, with the option to pre-purchase Louis Roederer by the bottle with your tickets for that perfect midnight toast.

Exclusive Hire Bookings
Homestead Restaurant is available for exclusive hire bookings for up to 50 guests all year round. Chef Harsh Gosh and the restaurant team collaborate to craft a bespoke dining experience tailored to your special occasion. Naturally, we showcase locally sourced produce and ingredients, and our curated drinks selection features a variety of Tasmanian wines, gins, whiskies, and beers.
We offer hire periods for either a half day or a full day, with minimum spend requirements. Our team will work with you to create a memorable event, and booking with us grants access to a curated list of suppliers.
