Enjoy a long lunch experience at Homestead Restaurant, taking in the breathtaking views of Great Oyster Bay.
We source only the best produce from our local producers to craft evolving menus that highlight the season’s best flavours. Enjoy the finest local Pacific oysters, Market Fish, spiced Cauliflower, house-made flatbreads and hummus or let our Chef decide with the Feed Me menu option.
Open for lunch from 12:30pm – 3:00pm Tuesday to Saturday throughout the cooler months. Bookings are encouraged.

PASTA NIGHT THURSDAY
Join us every Thursday evening by the fireplace for a delicious bowl of handmade pasta, fresh focaccia, side salad and a glass of Italian wine for $65pp.
As spring unfolds in Tasmania the evenings still carry a chill, making our pasta nights the perfect accoutrement.

- Kids menu available for $45 per child.
- Available for seatings from 6pm every Thursday from 4th September to the 25th November 2025.
- For those living a sober lifestyle, we have a range of non-alcoholic options to replace the wine.
- Desserts can be purchased from our seasonal dessert menu as an optional add-on.

Exclusive Hire Bookings
Homestead Restaurant is available for exclusive hire bookings for up to 50 guests all year round. Chef Harsh Gosh and the restaurant team collaborate to craft a bespoke dining experience tailored to your special occasion. Naturally, we showcase locally sourced produce and ingredients, and our curated drinks selection features a variety of Tasmanian wines, gins, whiskies, and beers.
We offer hire periods for either a half day or a full day, with minimum spend requirements. Our team will work with you to create a memorable event, and booking with us grants access to a curated list of suppliers.

Winter Closure
Please note the Homestead Restaurant will be closed for renovations from 1st – 31st August 2025. During this time, reduced rates are available in our fully self-contained Cottages, Spa Suites and Residences. Enjoy the freedom and seclusion of a Tasmanian winter stay, your way.
