Influenced by the vibrant dining culture of the Mediterranean and celebrating Tasmania’s rich array of local ingredients, our à la carte menu offers a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 6pm. Bookings are essential. Open to visitors and guests of the retreat.

Enjoy a long lunch experience at Homestead Restaurant, taking in the breathtaking views of Great Oyster Bay.

We source only the best produce from our local producers to craft evolving menus that highlight the season’s best flavours. Enjoy the finest local Pacific oysters, Market Fish, spiced Cauliflower, house-made flatbreads and hummus or let our Chef decide with the Feed Me menu option.

Open for lunch from 12:30pm – 3:00pm Tuesday to Saturday throughout the cooler months. Bookings are encouraged.

Easter Sunday Roast Lunch 20th April

Join us for a traditional two-course Sunday roast lunch, served in classic Homestead style. Begin with a glass of bubbles on arrival, then feast on slow-cooked lamb shoulder, golden Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Save room for dessert—hot cross bun bread & butter pudding, served with cinnamon and brown butter ice cream!

The Easter Sunday Roast Set menu includes a 2-course meal + welcome drink for $95 per adult or $45 per child.

Exclusive Hire Bookings

Homestead Restaurant is available for exclusive hire bookings for up to 50 guests all year round. Chef Calvin King and the restaurant team collaborate to craft a bespoke dining experience tailored to your special occasion. Naturally, we showcase locally sourced produce and ingredients, and our curated drinks selection features a variety of Tasmanian wines, gins, whiskies, and beers.

We offer hire periods for either a half day or a full day, with minimum spend requirements. Our team will work with you to create a memorable event, and booking with us grants access to a curated list of suppliers.
