Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and room bookings are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift vouchers are to be presented upon arrival and will be retained by Piermont Retreat.

Any additional requirements will be charged to the guest’s account and must be settled prior to their departure. Guests are required to contact Piermont Retreat directly to redeem gift vouchers.

Bookings

When making a reservation at Piermont Retreat, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation and refund policies. Specifically, a one-night deposit will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking, with the remaining balance charged to the same credit card one day prior to your arrival date. While we are flexible and willing to assist with changes, rescheduling, or refunds for your booking, there are two exceptions: changes requested within 30 days of your arrival date or for stays encompassing the period from December 22nd to January 3rd, and Easter weekend.

Bookings made over the Christmas and Easter period, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

We can only offer a refund if we resell your accommodation or, depending on the circumstances, transfer the deposit to a credit voucher with a 12-month expiry.
