Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and room bookings are subject to availability and our standard cancellation policy.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift vouchers are to be presented upon arrival and will be retained by Piermont Retreat.

Any additional requirements will be charged to the guest’s account and must be settled prior to their departure. Guests are required to contact Piermont Retreat directly to redeem gift vouchers.

Bookings

When making a reservation at Piermont Retreat, you acknowledge and accept our booking policy which includes the cancellation and refund terms. Upon booking, a one (1) night deposit will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking, with the remaining balance charged to the same credit card fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

Bookings made over the Christmas and Easter period, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged to the same credit card fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

Cancellations & Rescheduled Dates 

Bookings can be rescheduled up until 14 days before you arrive at no charge and your deposit will be moved to the new date pending availability. Cancellations can be made up until 14 days before you arrive at no charge and your deposit will be refunded.

While we are flexible and willing to assist with changes, rescheduling, or refunds for your booking, there are two exceptions: changes requested within 14 days of your arrival date or for stays during the period from December 22nd to January 3rd, and Easter long weekend. In this instance we can only offer a refund if we manage to resell your accommodation.
